About our food
Broxhall Farm, Kent
Our beef comes from a herd of 50 Aberdeen Angus and Sussex cattle, slowly reared on Tom's sustainably managed grasslands. These native breeds are known for their superior marbling and flavour, enhanced by 28-day dry aging.
Born and raised on the farm, our cattle graze outdoors from spring to late autumn and are reared to the highest welfare standards under the Red Tractor Assurance scheme.
Pasture-fed and low input, our beef not only tastes better but is better for the planet—supporting wildlife, improving soil health, and helping to capture carbon.
Kent Steak Frites
Tender slices of locally sourced, Kentish steak, sous-vide for a melt-in-your-mouth experience, then flash-seared on the grill to form a crust. Served over a bed of golden fries dressed in our house smoked rosemary salt. Have it this way or add our signature creamy peppercorn sauce.
Braised Meats
Our signature Farmhouse meats are seasoned, seared and slow-cooked until they drop off the bone tender. Enjoy them on top of our kentish beef burgers or try our favourite; loaded fries.
